Lynk & Co has unveiled its first Gran Turismo concept
car, named Time to Shine, at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, marking the brand s
entry into the high-performance GT segment as it celebrates its 10th
anniversary.
The two-door concept adopts wide-body GT proportions,
measuring 4,780 mm in length, 2,000 mm in width, and 1,330 mm in height, with a
wheelbase of 2,750 mm. The low-profile architecture is designed to support
aerodynamic performance and high-speed stability while maintaining a 2+2 cabin
layout.
Inside the vehicle, Lynk & Co integrates Textreme 360 carbon fibre behind the seats, using hand-inlaid composite surfaces as part of the interior structure and finish. The concept combines lightweight composite materials with performance-oriented interior packaging and driver-focused cockpit architecture.
The vehicle also incorporates deployable aerodynamic systems linked to a dedicated performance mode. When activated, the suspension lowers by 15 mm while front and rear aerodynamic elements extend, increasing overall vehicle length by 100 mm. A deployable rear wing is also integrated to improve airflow management and downforce at higher speeds.
Lynk & Co stated that the rear-wheel-drive concept is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in approximately 2 seconds. The platform also integrates AI-supported vehicle motion control and track-oriented chassis systems developed through the company s motorsport programme.
The concept was developed jointly by Lynk & Co s European and Chinese design teams, reflecting the company s broader performance vehicle strategy. The use of carbon fibre composite materials within the concept highlights continued integration of lightweight structural and decorative composites in high-performance automotive interior and aerodynamic systems.
