In a regional and client milestone, Strohm has completed fabrication of 13 Water Alternating Gas (WAG) Injection Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (TCP) Jumpers under its Jumper on Demand concept for ExxonMobil s Yellowtail field offshore Guyana. The innovation allows multiple pipe lengths to be spooled from a continuous reel, cut onsite, and fabricated in parallel, enabling faster, safer, and more flexible production.

Earlier this month, the first two jumpers, integrated with vertical connections, were successfully pressure tested and installed subsea at depths exceeding 1,700 meters. Installed via spreader bar, they passed back-seal testing without issue. The campaign, executed by Strohm s Field Service Group, was completed on time, under budget, and with zero safety incidents.

Gavin Leiper, Vice President Americas & Global Field Services Group, said the project demonstrated scalable, high-volume onsite fabrication, commending ExxonMobil s support in deploying disruptive TCP technology. Strohm, the world s leading TCP manufacturer, will collaborate again on a follow-up campaign in 2026, continuing its mission to deliver corrosion-free, CO -reducing pipeline solutions.
