Janicki Industries is building a new 162,000-square-foot
manufacturing facility and a 20,000-square-foot storage expansion at
its Hamilton, Washington, campus. Named Building 12, the project will
create 350 new jobs and significantly boost the company s advanced
manufacturing capacity for aerospace programs.
The expansion continues Janicki s rapid growth trajectory.
Since 2020, the company has more than doubled its workforce (up 105%)
and expanded to over 1 million square feet of operational space in
Washington.
Building 12 will house cutting-edge equipment, including the
largest autoclave north of Everett, an oversized oven, an automated
fiber placement machine, paint and grit booths, a large non-destructive
inspection robot, and Janicki s largest proprietary 5-axis CNC machine. The
project will also expand cleanroom space by 25,000 square feet,
enhancing capacity for advanced composite production.
Sustainability is a cornerstone of the development. Over 45,000
square feet will utilize mass timber construction, reducing the project s
carbon footprint, alongside a 500-kilowatt solar array to support clean
energy use.
This new facility and advanced equipment enable us to
tackle more complex projects, expand our production capacity and further
develop the skilled workforce essential to our success, said John Janicki,
President of Janicki Industries.
Construction is underway, with completion expected by March
2026. Recruitment has already begun for engineering, manufacturing, and
leadership roles as the company prepares for continued growth.
