FACC has announced major milestones at the 2025
Paris Airshow, including a 10-year contract extension with
Rolls-Royce and new strategic supply agreements in India. These moves
push the company’s order backlog beyond $6 billion, reaffirming its
growing role in global aerospace supply chains.
Rolls-Royce Deal Extended Through 2036
The longstanding partnership between FACC and Rolls-Royce
has been renewed through January 2036. FACC components are used across
all Rolls-Royce civil engines, and the company is a recognized member of
the engine maker’s High-Performance Supplier Group. The renewed deal reflects
continued confidence in FACC’s advanced manufacturing capabilities.
Growing India Footprint with Tata and Kineco
FACC also extended its collaboration with Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL), adding a new aerostructure assembly contract valued at up to $100 million. In parallel, FACC signed a multi-year agreement with Kineco Aerospace to co-develop composite components. Both partnerships reinforce FACC’s supply chain network and manufacturing base in India.
Order Backlog Tops $6 Billion
With new airline orders secured at the show, FACC’s order backlog now exceeds $6 billion. CEO Robert Machtlinger stated the growth reflects long-term confidence in aviation and secures high utilization of FACC’s production capacity.
Trusted by OEMs like Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, COMAC, Bombardier, and Rolls-Royce, FACC is well-positioned to support the industry’s continued ramp-up.
