Cristex has collaborated with NOVUS to create a bespoke carbon fibre fabric for the limited-edition full carbon urban Lightbikes, incorporating the iconic BOSS Double B motif directly into the material.

Using a PDF of the logo as a design reference, NOVUS and Cristex worked closely to ensure seamless integration of the branding into the fabric. In partnership with Microtex, the team developed a hybrid weave of carbon and basalt fibres, delivering the world s first branded carbon material with the BOSS motif. The interplay of fibres produces a striking three-dimensional effect, elevating both design and performance.

To enhance aesthetics and durability, the fabric was impregnated with Microtex s Cosmetic Epoxy X1-120, combining premium finish with structural integrity.

This project underscores Cristex s role as an innovator in advanced composites, demonstrating how technical expertise and tailored design can merge to meet the demands of luxury and high-performance products.
