Reinforce3D has collaborated with 3Dees Industries to support the adoption of composite reinforcement technologies in industrial manufacturing, focusing on improving structural performance without requiring design or process modifications.

The collaboration centers on Reinforce3D s Continuous Fiber Injection Process (CFIP), which is designed to enable internal reinforcement of components without altering existing materials or production workflows. According to the companies, the approach is intended to reduce barriers associated with integrating advanced reinforcement technologies.

CFIP is a post-processing technology that allows continuous fibers, including carbon, glass, and aramid, to be injected into internal cavities of components. The process enables reinforcement to be applied selectively along load paths, improving strength and stiffness while maintaining the original geometry and manufacturing method.

The technology is compatible with existing manufacturing approaches, including additive and conventional processes, and is intended to support targeted performance enhancement without requiring full redesign of parts or systems.
Through this collaboration, 3Dees Industries is expected to support the implementation and application development of CFIP technology across industrial use cases.
This development reflects the growing focus on scalable composite reinforcement solutions that can be integrated into existing production environments, particularly as manufacturers seek to improve performance without increasing process complexity.
