The featured applications underscore that the company's product portfolio is an answer to the many challenges arising from current trends. - With an outstanding and unique forged carbon look, the Fisker Ocean Wheel Cover made of Tepex Flowcore. - Creating a weight savings of ca. 4kg compared to steel sheet metal, the Mercedes C-Class Lightweight Load Compartment Well made of PP-Roving glass organo sheet. - Offering lightweight performance, plus outstanding rigidity and crash performance, the BMW M Sport car seat pan made of a structural Tepex organo sheet. A derivate of the seat pan is made as a technical demonstrator of a natural fiber (flax) based Tepex composite. - Enabled by inserts like metal thread domes and other functional elements, the Mercedes EQS battery carrier plate with functional integration. Plus, the part is fully recyclable. - Meeting the challenges of flammability in thermal runaway cases is a material solution for EV batteries made of a customized Tepex organo sheets, offering the smallest wall thickness for the latest EV battery applications. - Highly sustainable with maximum performance for tank systems, a pressure vessel made from UDea EcoPaXX performance UD tapes and Envalior liners, enabling fully automized winding of tanks with maximum performance for tank systems.
