UAVOS Inc., a leading developer of unmanned aerial systems, has announced the successful completion of structural overload testing for its main rotor blades designed for helicopters with a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) of up to 50 kilograms. The testing was conducted by ALTER Technology TÜV NORD S.A.U., a recognized authority in aerospace certification.

The rigorous testing regimen confirmed the exceptional structural integrity and manufacturing precision of UAVOS' carbon fiber composite blades, marking a key milestone in the company's growing original equipment manufacturing (OEM) program for third-party UAV producers.

To simulate real-world operational extremes, the rotor blade was subjected to a centrifugal load of 7,390 newtons (approximately 753.32 kg), far exceeding standard operational thresholds. Additionally, a dynamometer recorded a load of 389 newtons (39.65 kg), while deformation was measured at multiple points along the blade's span. All deformation readings remained within the acceptable range of ±36.3 mm, and no visible structural damage was observed during or after testing.

"Our blades are manufactured using carbon fiber prepreg under strict quality control, ensuring consistent reliability and safety in field conditions," said Aliaksei Stratsilatau, Founder and CEO of UAVOS. "As end-users of our own technology, we validate performance and safety daily through real-world UAV operations. Independent laboratory testing further assures our customers of the accuracy and durability behind every specification."
