HydroGraph Clean Power Inc., a leading producer of high-purity graphene, has announced the launch of its Compounding Partner Program aimed at accelerating commercial adoption of its proprietary Fractal Graphene in thermoplastic applications.

The initiative establishes a qualified network of plastic compounders with proven expertise in processing graphene-enhanced thermoplastics. Early participants are already piloting formulations in the automotive and packaging sectors. No material changes to the company s operations or financial condition are associated with the announcement.

Establishing a select network of certified compounders allows HydroGraph to ensure consistent processing of Fractal Graphene at commercial scale, said Kjirstin Breure, President and CEO of HydroGraph. This initiative provides end customers with a vetted supply chain for sourcing graphene-enhanced compounds with confidence.

Fractal Graphene , produced via HydroGraph s patented detonation synthesis technology, is a high-performance turbostratic graphene with 99.8% carbon purity. Its unique morphology enables performance enhancements at ultra-low concentrations, significantly reducing the need for higher loadings typical of conventional graphene nanoplatelets.

Qualified partners in the program will receive technical support, knowledge transfer, and access to commercial opportunities. The program is open to compounders with advanced material capabilities and strong quality control systems, targeting industries including automotive, construction, packaging, agriculture, and textiles.

HydroGraph's move comes as the global polymer nanocomposites market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 17.4%, reaching $36.8 billion by 2032, driven by increased demand for lightweight and sustainable materials.
