    Umoe Advanced Composites Secures Second Order from P2X Solutions for Finnish Hydrogen Project

    Umoe Advanced Composites has received a second order from P2X Solutions for three 45-foot high-cube multi-element gas containers (MEGCs) to support a Finnish Power-to-X hydrogen project in Harjavalta. 

    The latest order follows an earlier delivery of hydrogen and e-methane transport containers, as the company continues to scale infrastructure for green hydrogen production and distribution in Finland. The MEGC systems are designed for safe and efficient transport of hydrogen in industrial energy applications, forming part of broader hydrogen logistics development across Europe. 

    P2X Solutions is developing industrial-scale green hydrogen and synthetic fuel production facilities as part of its Power-to-X strategy, with a target to expand hydrogen production capacity over the coming decade. 

    Umoe Advanced Composites, known for its large-scale composite pressure vessel systems for hydrogen, biogas, and CNG applications, continues to position its Type IV composite tank technology as a key enabler for scalable hydrogen transport and storage infrastructure. 

    The repeat order highlights growing demand for composite-based hydrogen logistics solutions as Europe expands its hydrogen production ecosystem and associated distribution networks.
