    Swancor Regener, in collaboration with Ban Mao Green Coating, has introduced ECOSTONE a next-generation circular composite material designed for the construction sector, marking a strategic expansion of recycled thermoset applications into infrastructure.

    Additionally, the material is aligned with low-carbon manufacturing objectives. The production process is designed to minimize environmental impact, enabling reduced carbon footprint, zero liquid waste generation, and measurable sustainability metrics, reinforcing its suitability for next-generation green building applications.

    Powered by Swancor's proprietary CleaVER technology, this breakthrough closes the loop on thermoset waste:

       Degrading waste carbon fiber plates to recover high-purity oligomers   

       Oligomers incorporated into Ban Mao Green Coating s new products, reaching a content of 11%  

       Final presentation: High-quality carbon fiber plate recycled oligomer  Eco-Stone Circular Economy Series

       Low-carbon process, zero liquid waste, quantifiable carbon footprint    

    The product was officially showcased at JEC World 2026, where it was displayed at Swancor s booth, highlighting its role in advancing circularity within the composites industry and expanding the application landscape of recycled thermoset materials.
