A new cross-border initiative is set to strengthen Europe s commitment to sustainable materials as Agoria, Brightlands Materials Center, and Sirris jointly host the first edition of From Recyclable to Reliable: Scaling Circular Thermoplastic Composites on November 12, 2025, at BluePoint, Antwerp.

The event will convene leading industry players, technology innovators, researchers, and end-users from Belgium, the Netherlands, and across Europe to accelerate the circular use of thermoplastic composites and fiber-reinforced plastics.

This unique gathering will bring together industry leaders, technology providers, researchers, and end-users from Belgium, the Netherlands, and beyond to:

    • Exchange insights on fiber-reinforced thermoplastic recycling
    • Share inspiration for the thermoset recycling industry
    • Build and strengthen a circular ecosystem across borders
    • Lay the foundation for a recurring annual event alternating between Belgium and the Netherlands

The conference will feature prominent speakers, including -

    -          Rapha l Pleynet, of EuCIA discussing the European Circular Composites Alliance,

    -          Veerle Van Steen, of Agoria addressing Belgium s waste legislation and the ELV Directive, and

    -          Hans Luinge, of SpiralRTC (Rein4ced) presenting innovative recycling technologies  more to follow!

With plans to alternate annually between Belgium and the Netherlands,  From Recyclable to Reliable  aims to become a cornerstone event for Europe s circular composites movement. Registration for the 2025 edition is now open via Eventbrite.

    Registration is now open.
