The European Composites Industry Association (EuCIA) has officially welcomed the Austrian Interessensgruppe verst rkter Kunststoffe (IVK) as its newest member. IVK s inclusion broadens EuCIA s network of national composites industry associations, sector-specific groups, and alliances, enabling EuCIA to now represents 85% of the European composites market.

The IVK is a non-profit industry and trade association, founded in 2013. It supports companies operating in the field of reinforced plastics, both within Austria and internationally. Its members span the entire value chain, including raw material suppliers, manufacturers, and research institutions. IVK continuously expands its international network to facilitate collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation.

Roland Grasch Chairman of IVK states, As IVK we assist our members by providing updates on new technologies and regulations and offering assistance in finding new business opportunities. Joining EuCIA fully supports these objectives and we look forward to expanding our international network, contributing to EuCIA s pan-European initiatives, and raising awareness of the Austrian composites industry.
