The third edition of SMCCREATE, the leading international conference dedicated to sheet moulding compound (SMC) and bulk moulding compound (BMC) technologies, will return to Prague on November 4 5, 2025. Organized by AVK and the European Alliance for SMC BMC, the event brings together global experts to explore the latest trends, applications, and innovations in these high-performance composite materials.

SMC and BMC are increasingly being adopted across sectors for their lightweight, durable, and design-flexible properties. Ideal for complex geometries and high-strength applications, they are playing a growing role in markets such as automotive, electrical, and building and construction.

SMCCREATE 2025 will offer a focused 1.5-day program featuring 15 expert-led presentations from industry leaders and research institutions, including AOC, Owens Corning, Menzolit, and TU Delft. The agenda will cover key themes such as market trends, sustainability, and advanced design strategies, emphasizing application-oriented insights for designers and engineers.
